Based in Portsmouth NH, we are makers of Craft Hot Sauce, Wing Sauce, Sriracha, Hot Honey, and Hot Maple Syrups. Our products are fiercely unique and flavorful. We have a wide variety of styles and heat levels based on our 5-Fin Heat Scale, ranging from Mild to Wicked Hot (and then the extreme heat 6-Fin Series). We work with, and donate to, non-profits that share our passion of shark conservation.
